Step 1 : Take Dell Connect or Team viewer ( If Computer is able to go online)
Step 2 : Delete cookies, temp files & Reset IE Browser.
Step 3 : Check for Unwanted/Suspicious programs&Uninstall it.
Step 4 : Uninstall any Unwanted Toolbars.
Step 5 : Disable Unwanted Startup Programs using MSCONFIG
Step 6 : Update existing Anti Virus (Norton, McAfee) and run scan using it.
Step 7 : Download the Following Programs & run them.
a. CCleaner
b. Super Anti Spyware
c. Malware bytes Anti-Malware
d. Trojan Remover
Step 8 : Restart the Computer twice to check if everything works
