Start -> All programs -> Accessories -> System tools -> System Restore
Select the Option, "Restore my Computer to an earlier time" and click Next.
From the Calendar, Select the most recent restore point (Usually the top one)& Click Next.
The Computer will then log off.
System Restore will take place and the Computer will restart.
If the above restore point doesn't fix the issue, then try with another restore point.
Note: The Saved documents / pictures / emails Wont be lost during System Restore.
