* Insert the (OS) CD/DVD into the drive.
* Restart the Computer.
* On the "DELL"Logo, tap F12
* From the "Boot Device Menu" that appears, highlight the option, "Boot from CD/DVD drive" using the arrow keys and Press Enter
* You will prompted to"Press any key to boot from CD/DVD drive.."
* From the "Welcome to Setup" Screen,hit the key "R" for repairing the Computer.
* Type "1" for OS Option from the list. Hit "Enter" as the Admin Password is blank.
* On the Command prompt that appears, type "CHKDSK/ R" and hit Enter.
* The Above Command Will run for 10-15 Mins.
* Then Type "Exit" to restart the Computer normally.
Note: If the above step fails to fix the issue, then perform OSRI / PC restore after ensuring that the Customer has data Back Up.
